By accessing or using Black8, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Account Responsibility
Organizers and captains are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. League results submitted must be accurate and truthful.
3. Subscription and Fees
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with prior notice.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use Black8 for any illegal purposes or to harass other league members. Automated scraping of league data without permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform or its community.
